Am Ostermontag fand im Europa-Park Rust ein feierlicher Gottesdienst statt, der viele Besucherinnen und Besucher anlockte – darunter zahlreiche Familien mit Kindern. Inmitten der besonderen Kulisse des Freizeitparks kamen Menschen zusammen, um in gemeinschaftlicher Atmosphäre das Osterfest zu feiern.
Im Anschluss an den Gottesdienst wurde eine Kollekte für das Projekt ‚Neubau einer modernen Kinderklinik‘ gesammelt. Prof. Dr. Steinhoff und PD Dr. Bast stellten vor Ort das Epilepsiezentrum und das Bauvorhaben kurz vor und gaben Einblicke in die geplante Weiterentwicklung der medizinischen Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Kork.
Die Spendenbereitschaft der Gottesdienstbesucher war groß – knapp 1.000 Euro kamen für das Bauprojekt zusammen.
