Ende Juni 2025 kamen rund 40 engagierte Fachkräfte und Akteur:innen der Hauswirtschaft im Marienhaus der Vinzentiushaus Offenburg GmbH zusammen, um sich über zentrale Fragen zur Zukunft des Berufs auszutauschen:
Wie gelingt es, junge Menschen für die Ausbildung in der Hauswirtschaft zu begeistern? Welche Bildungswege gibt es? Und welche kreativen Ansätze zeigen bereits Wirkung?
Im Mittelpunkt standen Best-Practice-Beispiele aus Schulen und Betrieben, neue Impulse für die Nachwuchsgewinnung, regionale Schulentwicklungsprozesse sowie aktuelle Herausforderungen wie Schulabbrüche oder unzureichende Ausbildungszahlen.
Der Austausch machte deutlich: Es braucht Engagement, Ideenreichtum und starke Netzwerke, um die Hauswirtschaft als vielseitigen und zukunftssicheren Beruf sichtbar zu machen und zu stärken.
